How do I book my Appointment  You can contact us direct on (02) 98495777 or email us at tonic@hillslodge.com.au. Alternatively you can go onto our Online Booking Form to submit your details and we will be in touch with a confirmation. Credit Card details need to be supplied at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

When should I arrive  If it is your first visit with us, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may relax with a refreshment whilst filling out our Wellness Questionaire.                                                                                 

What if I am late for my Appointment  If you are running late it may mean that your Treatment time is lessened so as not to inconvenience our next Guest, but we will always endeavor to give you your full Treatment. 

What if I need to change or cancel my Appointment  We require 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to appointment times of less than 2 hours. If less than 24 hours notice is given, this could result in 50% of your Treatment being charged to your credit card. If no notice is given, 100% of your Treatment will be charged. For Spa Packages or treatments that are 2 hours or longer that are booked on a Weekend we require 48 hours notice for cancellations otherwise 100% of your Treatment will be charged.  

What should I wear  We provide all guests with Robe and Slippers. If you are having a Body Treatment you will be provided with Disposable Undergarments. Our Therapists are very professional and will always respect your privacy and ensure your comfort at all times.

Where do I change  Every guest will be given their own private bathroom for the duration of your stay. Each bathroom is supplied with Hair & Body Products, Bath Sheets, Slippers and Hairdryer.

What facilities can I use while I am there  As a guest of the Spa you have access to the Pool, Restaurant and Outdoor Courtyard.

What payment methods do you accept  Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Mobile Phones  We kindly request that guests of the Spa have their Mobile Phones turned off during their visit with us to ensure a tranquil environment for all.

Wheel Chair Access  There is direct access from the Main Carpark to the Pool Area and Day Spa. There is an elevator from the Security Carpark to the Spa.
