Gift Vouchers are a great way to treat Friends, Family and Work Colleagues and to let loved ones know that you care.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased for a specific Treatment or a Dollar Value to which the recipient can choose their own treatment.
Gift Vouchers can be organised over the phone or via email and sent out the same day. You can pick up direct from either the Day Spa or the Hotel Reception desk.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Gift Vouchers must be presented prior to your treatment commencing.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift Vouchers are treated as Cash if they are lost, misplaced or stolen they cannot be replaced, so please treat them with care.
Treatments can be changed to suit the guest with prior notice.
If the guest does not show for their appointment or give a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation, the Voucher will be considered redeemed.
Any treatment that is booked on a Weekend requires 48 hours notice for cancellations otherwise the Voucher will be considered redeemed.
Expired Gift Vouchers- You can extend your voucher for another 3 months by paying an administration fee of $30. Expired Vouchers can ONLY be used Tuesday-Friday.
